The production line is equipped with 12 aseptic six-axis industrial robots, which jointly complete the key processes of automatic loading and unloading, precise shaking and high-throughput filling of multi-layer cell factories, realizing unmanned intervention and environmental isolation in the whole process. This intelligent upgrade not only greatly improves the production efficiency, but also significantly reduces the pollution risk and biosafety exposure caused by manual operation. Through standardized and programmed operation processes, product consistency and quality stability are also strongly guaranteed.
