Automated Vaccine Production Line from Manual Operation to Collaboration of 12 Robots (Flag Construction Video)
successfully upgraded the production mode of varicella and other active vaccines from traditional manual operation to a closed, intelligent automatic operation process by introducing a multi-robot automation system independently developed by Xinbang Intelligent Equipment. The production line is equipped with 12 aseptic six-axis industrial robots, which jointly complete the key processes of automatic loading and unloading, precise shaking and high-throughput filling of multi-layer cell factories, realizing unmanned intervention and environmental isolation in the whole process. This intelligent upgrade not only greatly improves the production efficiency, but also significantly reduces the pollution risk and biosafety exposure caused by manual operation. Through standardized and programmed operation processes, product consistency and quality stability are also strongly guaranteed.
